森ヒルズリート投資法人が、第25期（2019年1月期）決算を発表した。 第25期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「虎ノ門ヒルズ森タワー」「オランダヒルズ森タワー」を追加取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与し、前期比9.8％増益。投資口数が7.1％増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,822円と前期を2.5％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは11物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,906億円、有利子負債比率は46.2％。 第26期（2019年7月期）は、修繕費や固都税が増加する一方、第25期に取得した持分の通期稼働により、前期比0.3％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,830円となる見通し。 第27期（2020年1月期）は、オフィスビルの賃料上昇や修繕費の減少により、前期予想比0.7％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,850円となる見通し。
