森ヒルズリート投資法人が、第24期（2018年7月期）決算を発表した。 第24期は「虎ノ門ヒルズ森タワー」と「オランダヒルズ森タワー」を追加取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与し、前期比3.5％増益、1口当たり分配金は2,753円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは11物件、3,600億円、有利子負債比率は46.4％。 第25期（2019年1月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い「虎ノ門ヒルズ森タワー」「オランダビルズ森タワー」の持分を追加取得。これにより前期比8.5％増益を見込む。投資口数が7.1％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は2,790円と前期を1.3％上回る見通し。 第26期（2019年7月期）は、固都税や修繕費の増加により営業利益ベースでは0.2％減益となるが、支払利息や投資口発行費用の減少により、当期純利益は0.4％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,800円となる見通し。
