森ヒルズリート投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は2016年1月以来2年半ぶり。 発行口数は118,400口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は5,920口。これにより発行後の投資口数は7.1％増の1,874,960口となる予定。 調達額は約167億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 取得する物件は、「虎ノ門ヒルズ森タワー」と「オランダビルズ森タワー」の追加持分。2物件の取得額は306.4億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は8.5%増の3,906億円となる。 これに伴い第25期（2019年1月期）業績予想を修正。上記2物件の賃貸収益が寄与し、3月に公表した業績予想に対し8.6％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は2,790円と1.5％上回る見通し。 併せて第26期（2019年7月期）業績予想を発表。2物件の通期稼働により、前期予想比0.3％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,800円となる見通し。
