森ヒルズリート投資法人が、第23期（平成30年1月期）決算を発表した。 第23期は「オランダヒルズ森タワー」「虎ノ門ビルズ森タワー」を取得。これにより賃貸収益は増加したが、前期に売却した「元麻布ヒルズ」の売却益がなくなったため、前期比2.1％減益、1口当たり分配金は2,659円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは11物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,525億円、有利子負債比率は45.4％。 第24期（平成30年7月期）は、「オランダヒルズ森タワー」「虎ノ門ビルズ森タワー」をそれぞれ追加取得した。これにより前期比2.3％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,720円となる見通し。なお、有利子負債比率は46.4％へ上昇する見込み。 第25期（平成31年7月期）は、既存物件の増収や修繕費の減少により前期予想比1.1％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,750円となる見通し。
