森ヒルズリート投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は1年半ぶり。発行口数は172,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し8,600口。これにより発行後の投資口数は11.5％増の1,750,640口となる予定。調達額は約253億円を見込み、併せて発表した六本木ヒルズ森タワーの取得資金に充当する。六本木ヒルズ森タワーの取得部分は25階～27階及び29階（専有面積持分比率は約5.4％）、取得額は461億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は15.7％増の3,398億円となり、そのうち六本木ヒルズ森タワーの保有比率は33.9％となる。これらに伴い、第20期（平成28年7月期）及び第21期（平成29年1月期）業績予想を発表。第20期は六本木ヒルズ森タワー追加取得による賃貸収益が寄与し、前期予想比13.8％増益を見込み、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は2,520円と前期予想を2.0％上回る見通し。第21期は前期予想比2.0％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,570円となる見通し。
