森ヒルズリート投資法人が第17期（平成27年1月期）決算を発表した。第17期は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、六本木ヒルズ森タワー（追加取得）とアークヒルズサウスタワーを取得。これにより前期比21.4％増益。投資口数が13.4％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は2,303円と前期を7％上回った。期末のポートフォリオは10棟、資産規模（取得額計）は2,817億円、有利子負債比率は44.1％。第18期（平成27年7月期）は賃貸事業費用が増加する一方、支払利息の減少等により、前期比2.5％増益、1口当たり分配金は2,360円となる見通し。続く第19期（平成28年1月期）1口当たり分配金は2,400円となる見通し。
