森ヒルズリート投資法人が第16期（平成26年7月期）決算を発表した。第16期における物件取得はなし。前期に取得した六本木ヒルズ森タワー（追加）の通期稼働、金融コストの低下等が寄与し、前期比6.5％増益。投資口5分割に伴い1口当たり分配金は2,151円となった。期末の有利子負債比率は47.9％。第17期（平成27年1月期）は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、六本木ヒルズ森タワー（追加）とアークヒルズサウスタワーを取得。これにより前期比20％増益を見込み、投資口数が13.4％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は2,280円と前期を6％上回る見通し。続く第18期（平成27年7月期）1口当たり分配金は2,340円となる見通し。
