森ヒルズリート投資法人 が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は176,300口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し8,815口。これにより発行後の投資口数は13.4％増の1,570,040口となる予定。調達額は約250億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。取得する物件は、六本木ヒルズ森タワーの20階の区分所有権、アークヒルズサウスタワーの共有持分25％。2棟の取得額は計290億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は11％増の2,817億円となる。これらに伴い第17期（平成27年1月期）業績予想を修正した。上記2棟の賃貸収益が寄与し、前回予想比17.5％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は2,280円と前回予想を3.6％上回る見通し。また第18期（平成27年7月期）業績予想を発表。支払利息や融資手数料の減少を見込み、前期予想比2.6％増益、1口当たり分配金は2,340円となる見通し。
