森ヒルズリート投資法人が第15期（平成26年1月期）決算を発表した。第15期は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、六本木ヒルズ森タワーの持分（取得額219億円）を追加取得した。これに伴い前期比15%増益、投資口数が8.8%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は10,099円と前期を5.7%上回った。第16期（平成26年7月期）は、固都税や修繕費等の賃貸事業費用が増加するが、賃貸収入の増加、支払利息や融資関連費用等の金融費用の減少により、前期比6%増益を見込む。投資口5分割により1口当たり分配金は2,140円（分割前10,700円）となる見通し。続く第17期（平成27年1月期）1口当たり分配金は2,200円（分割前11,000円）となる見通し。
