森ヒルズリート投資法人（MHR）が投資口の追加発行を行う。MHRは3月に公募増資を実施しており、今年2度目となる。発行口数は21,300口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し1,065口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は8.8%増の276,985口となる見込み。調達資金は118億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。取得する物件は六本木ヒルズ。MHRは建物の専有面積持分2.8%を取得し、これにより既に取得済の持分と併せて5.6%を保有する。スポンサーである森ビル(株)と5年間の固定賃料マスターリース契約を締結する。これらに伴い、第15期（平成26年1月期）業績予想を修正。上記物件の収益が寄与し、前回予想比8.8%増益。投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は10,000円と変わらない見通し。続く第16期（平成26年7月期）は、前期予想比7%増益、1口当たり分配金は10,700円となる見通し。
