森ヒルズリート投資法人が第13期（平成25年1月期）決算を発表した。第13期における物件取得はなし。前期の売却益がなくなる一方、管理委託費及び金融費用の減少により前期比0.2%増益、1口当たり分配金は9,169円となった。第14期（平成25年7月期）は、期初に投資口追加発行を行い、愛宕グリーンヒルズ及びアーク森ビルをそれぞれ追加取得。これにより12.8%増益、投資口数が10%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は9,400円と前期を2.5%上回る見通し。続く第15期（平成26年1月期）1口当たり分配金は10,000円となる見通し。
