森ヒルズリート投資法人（MHR）が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は22,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し1,100口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は10%増の254,620口となる。調達額は105億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。取得する物件は、愛宕グリーンヒルズとアーク森ビル。2棟の取得額は計200億円。2棟ともに既に一部を保有しており、スポンサーである森ビルから追加取得となる。これによりMHRの資産規模は9.5%増の2,308億円となる。これらに伴い第14期（平成25年7月期）及び第15期（平成26年1月期）業績予想を発表。上記物件取得により前期予想比13%増益、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は9,400円と前期予想を3.3%上回る見通し。続く第16期は第15期に取得する物件の通期寄与に伴い6.4%増益、1口当たり分配金は10,000円となる見通し。なお、2010年9月以降、スポンサーとの物件入替えによるNOI改善を運用方針として掲げてきたが、目標であった1口当たり分配金10,000円が見えたことで、今後は分配金に重視しながら外部成長を図る新たなフェーズに移行することを発表。
