森ヒルズリート投資法人が第12期（平成24年7月期）決算を発表した。第12期は、愛宕グリーンヒルズの取得、六本木ファーストビル及びアークフォレストテラスの売却を行った。愛宕グリーンヒルズ取得による賃貸収益増加、支払利息の減少等が寄与し、前期比6.2%増益、当期純利益より105百万円を内部留保とし、分配金総額2,014百万円、1口当たり分配金8,700円となった。第13期（平成25年1月期）は、賃貸収益の増加や支払利息の減少が寄与する一方、前期の物件売却益201百万円がなくなることから、0.6%減益。内部留保の活用を見込まず1口当たり分配金は9,100円となる見通し。
