森ヒルズリート投資法人が第10期（平成23年7月期）決算を発表した。第10期は、スポンサーと物件の入替えを行った。賃貸収入が減少する一方、物件売却益336百万円の寄与、賃貸事業費用の減少等により、前期比5.1%増益、1口当たり分配金は8,352円となった。第11期（平成24年1月期）はスポンサーと物件の入替えを発表。賃貸収入及び物件売却益が減少する一方、賃貸事業費用の減少により1.8%増益、1口当たり分配金は8,500円となる見通し。
