森ヒルズリート投資法人が第7期(平成22年1月期)決算を発表した。第7期は物件の取得はなし。保有物件の賃貸収入の減少及び支払利息、融資手数料の増加により前期比14%減益、1口当たり実績分配金は10,857円となった。第8期(平成22年7月期)は、期初に物件取得と公募増資を発表。既存物件の賃貸収入の減少及び賃貸事業費用の増加、支払利息の増加等により前期比11%減益、投資口数46%増により、1口当たり分配金は6,550円となる見通し。
