森ヒルズリート投資法人が投資口の追加発行及び物件取得を発表した。発行口数は67,000口及びオーバーアロットメントによる売出6,700口。調達資金は182億円を見込み、新たに取得する物件資金及び借入金返済に充当する。取得する物件は、六本木ヒルズ森タワー（建物所有割合0.7%）と、既に一部保有するアーク森ビル（建物所有割合0.9%）、2棟の取得額は計102億円。これに伴い第8期（平成22年7月期）業績予想を発表。上記2棟の取得による賃貸収入が寄与するも前期予想比7%減益、投資口数46%増により、1口当たり分配金は6,550円と前期予想を39%下回る見通し。
