森ヒルズリート投資法人が第6期(平成21年7月期)決算を発表した。第6期は物件の取得はなし。賃貸事業収入が増加する一方、賃貸事業費用及び支払利息の増加等により、前期比7%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,726円となった。第7期(平成22年1月期)は、賃貸収入の減少及び支払利息の増加等により19%減益、1口当たり分配金は10,300円となる見通し。
