森ヒルズリート投資法人（MHR）が第4期（平成20年7月期）決算を発表した。第4期は、保有物件の追加取得を行い4%増収となる一方、投資法人債利息等の費用増により0.6%減益、1口当たり分配金は14,117円となった。 また、MHRはスポンサーである森ビルとの間で2棟取得（うち1棟は追加、取得価格は計427億円）、保有物件1棟の一部の売却（売却価格4.2億円）を行うことを発表。これに伴い、森ビルを割当先とした第三者割当増資を行う。発行口数は29,400口。1口当たりの発行価額は500,000円。これにより発行後の総投資口数は22.6%増の159,200口となる。調達資金147億円は物件取得資金に充当。 第5期（平成21年1月期）は、これら物件取得及び売却により17%増益、1口当たり分配金は、投資口数増により4%減の13,500円となる見通し。
