森ヒルズリート投資法人が第3期(平成20年1月期)決算を発表した。第3期は物件の取得はない一方、固都税費用増により前期比4.8%減益、1口当たり分配金は14,197円となった。併せて、既に13階部分を保有しているアーク森ビルの12階・22階の共有持分75%を追加取得することを発表。これに伴い、第4期(平成20年7月期)業績予想は増収を見込む一方、一部テナント解約の影響や支払利息増により5%減益、1口当たり分配金は13,500円となる見通し。
