森ヒルズリート投資法人が第1期（平成19年1月期）決算を発表した。第1期の実質的な運用期間は、最初に物件を取得した平成18年3月22日からの316日間。上場前に私募で9棟を取得後、同年11月30日に上場した。賃料収益の増加が寄与し、上場時に発表した業績予想に対し8%増益、1口当たり分配金は20,511円となった。第2期（平成19年7月期）は、6ヶ月の運用期間となる。当期利益1,869百万円、1口当たり分配金は14,400円となる見通し。
