森ビルが設立した森ヒルズリート投資法人が、11月30日に東証に上場する。J-REIT40社め。都心5区を中心に、オフィスビル、住居、商業施設を投資対象とする。上場時の資産規模は、オフィスビル5棟、レジデンス4棟の計9棟、1,427億円。旗艦物件は、六本木ヒルズゲートタワー（365億円）。上場後の運営には森ビルがサポートを行う。上場に際し投資口34,550口発行及び売出57,552口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出4,500口を行う。資産運用会社は、森ビル・インベストマネジメント（株）。
