MCUBS MidCity投資法人が、第27期（2019年12月期）決算を発表した。 第27期は、期中に投資口の追加発行を行い「ホテルビスタプレミオ東京」等、3物件を取得した。新規物件の収益や、オフィスビルの賃料増額が寄与する一方、前期計上した松下IMPビルの物件売却益の反動減により、前期比32％減益。内部留保より98百万円を取崩すが、投資口数8.9％増加により、1口当たり分配金は1,955円と前期比28.9％減となった。 期末のポートフォリオは26物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,876億円、有利子負債比率は42.2％。 第28期（2020年6月期）は、第27期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期比6.9％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,030円と前期比3.8％増となる見通し。 第29期（2020年12月期）は、修繕費の減少等により、前期予想比0.5％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,040円となる見通し。
