A diversified J-REIT focused on office properties. Kansai Electric Power Company became its sponsor in December 2010. Targets investment of 70% or more of its portfolio in the Kansai region. During the period ended June 2013, sold to its sponsor a property vacated by a major tenant, for a price that included the redevelopment potential of the property, but incurred a major loss and slashed its dividend.
