MCUBS MidCity投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は1年9ヶ月ぶり。 発行口数は134,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は7,000口。 これにより発行後の投資口数は8.6％増の1,784,125口となる予定。 調達額は159億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 取得する物件は、オフィスビル2物件、ホテル1物件の計3物件、取得額は計270.1億円。これにより取得後のポートフォリオ全体の規模は、10.4％増の2,876億円となる。 これに伴い業績予想を修正。 第27期（2019年12月期）は、新規3物件が寄与し、8月に公表した業績予想に対し2.3％増益を見込む。投資口数の増加により、1口当たり分配金は1,955円と変わらない見通し。 第28期（2020年6月期）は、3物件の通期稼働により、前回予想比11.3％増益を見込む。1口当たり分配金は2,030円と2.5％増となる見通し。
