MCUBS MidCity投資法人が、第26期（2019年6月期）決算を発表した。 第26期は「M-City江戸川橋ビル」を取得する一方、「松下IMPビル」残持分を売却。売却した物件の賃貸収益や物件売却益が減少する一方、前期に取得した横浜アイランドタワーの通期稼働、前期の物件売却損がなくなることから、前期比8.1％増益。物件売却益のうち494百万円を内部留保するも、1口当たり分配金は2,751円と前期を8.1％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは23物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,606億円、有利子負債比率は42.2％。また物件売却益の内部留保は1,097百万円（1口当たり667円）に積み上がった。 第27期（2019年12月期）は、7月に資産運用会社が合併により三菱商事・ユービーエス・リアルティとなった。既存物件の賃料増額が寄与するが、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期比35.7％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は1,955円となる見通し。 第28期（2020年6月期）は、水光熱費や修繕費の減少により、前期予想比1.3％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は1,980円となる見通し。
