MCUBS MidCty投資法人（MCU）の資産運用会社の株式15％を保有する関電不動産開発が、保有株式全てを、株式85％を保有する三菱商事・ユービーエス・リアルティへ4月に売却する。 これに伴い、三菱商事・ユービーエス・リアルティがMCUの単独スポンサーとなる。 関電不動産開発はスポンサーから外れるが、物件情報の提供等の協力関係は継続する予定。
