MCUBS MidCity投資法人が、第23期（平成29年12月期）決算を発表した。 第23期における物件取得はなし。前期の物件売却益がなくなったため、前期比4.8％減益となるが、前期に実施した内部留保を当期は実施しないため、1口当たり分配金は8,110円と前期を2.7％上回った。また旗艦物件であるツイン21はパナソニックと契約期間の延長及び賃料増額改定が決定、松下IMPビルはアサビグループが4フロア退去したが、3.5フロアにおいてテナント入居が決定した。 期末のポートフォリオは20物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,381億円、有利子負債比率は42.2％。 第24期（平成30年6月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い、USCビルの追加分等、4物件を取得。これにより前期比13.8％増益を見込む。投資口5分割により、1口当たり分配金は1,665円（分割前換算8,325円）と分割前ベースで前期より2.7％上回る見通し。有利子負債比率は42.6％を見込む。 第25期（平成30年12月期）は、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期予想比5％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は1,750円（分割前換算8,750円）となる見通し。
