MCUBS MidCity 投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は1年ぶり。 発行口数は152,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は8,000口。これにより発行後の投資口数は10.8％増の1,643,125口となる予定。 調達額は118億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 取得する物件は「USCビル」等、都内のオフィスビル4物件、取得額は計232億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は9.7％増の2,613億円となる。 これらに伴い第24期（平成30年6月期）業績予想を修正。4物件取得が寄与し、10月に公表した業績予想に対し13.9％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は1,665円と2.8％上回る見通し。 また第25期（平成30年12月期）業績予想を発表。上記4物件の通期稼働により、前期予想比5.0％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は1,750円となる見通し。
