MCUBS MidCity 投資法人が、第22期（平成29年6月期）決算を発表した。 第22期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、「渋谷桜丘スクエア」等4物件を取得する一方、「御堂筋MIDビル」「MID御堂筋瓦町ビル」を売却。MID御堂筋瓦町ビルの売却損225百万円が発生するも、賃貸収益の増加、御堂筋MIDビルの売却益557百万円計上に伴い、前期比27.8％増益。物件売却益のうち183百万円を内部留保するが、投資口数11.5％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は7,900円と前期を6.3％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは20物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,381億円、有利子負債比率は42.2％。 第23期（平成29年12月期）は、松下IMPビルの一部テナント退去が発生する。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働、既存物件の賃料増額が寄与するが、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期比5.5％減益を見込む。前期に実施した内部留保を当期は実施しないため、1口当たり分配金は8,050円と前期を1.9％上回る見通し。 第24期（平成30年6月期）は、松下IMPビルが減収となるも、修繕費や支払利息の減少により、前期予想比0.6％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は8,100円となる見通し。
