MIUBS MidCity投資法人が、第19期（平成27年12月期）業績予想を修正した。8月18日に公表した業績予想に対し、賃貸収入の増加、水光熱費の減少等により、5.9％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は7,150円となる見通し。なお、第20期（平成28年6月期）業績予想に変更はなし。
