MCUBS MidCity投資法人が、第18期（平成27年6月期）決算を発表した。第18期は、4月にメインスポンサーが三菱商事・ユービーエス・リアルティに変更。また、新スポンサーの株主を割当先とする第三者割当増資を行い「住友不動産上野ビル6号館」を取得した。これによる賃貸収益及び「ツイン21」等の稼働率上昇に伴い、前期比13.1％増益。投資口数が4.6％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は6,444円と前期を8.2％上回った。期末のポートフォリオは13棟、資産規模（取得額計）は1,651億円、有利子負債比率は38.9％。第19期（平成27年12月期）は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い「キューブ川崎」等5物件を取得。これにより前期比45.1％増益を見込み、投資口数が38.5％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は6,750円と前期を4.7％上回る見通し。続く第20期（平成28年6月期）は、固都税の増加等により前期予想比3.0％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は6,550円となる見通し。
