MCUBS MidCity投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。本投資法人の公募増資は2006年上場来初めて。発行口数は70,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し4,000口。これにより発行後の投資口数は38.5％増の266,025口となる。調達額は約259億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、都内及び神奈川のオフィスビル4物件（うち1物件は底地）と、名古屋のオフィスビルの匿名組合出資持分。5物件の取得額は計492億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は30％増の2,144億円となる。これらに伴い、第19期（平成27年12月期）業績予想の修正、第20期（平成28年6月期）業績予想を発表した。第19期は、上記5件取得による収益が寄与し、前回予想比55.9％増益を見込み、投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は6,750円と12.5％上回る見通し。第20期は、前期予想比増収を見込むが、固都税や修繕費の増加等により、前期予想比4％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は6,480円となる見通し。また、4月にメインスポンサーが三菱商事・ユービーエス・リアルティに変更したことから、主要な投資対象地域を大阪圏から三大都市圏（東京圏、大阪圏、名古屋圏）に変更するとともに、海外不動産も投資対象とする。
