MIDリート投資法人が第17期（平成26年12月期）決算を発表した。第17期における物件取得はなし。季節要因による水光熱費の増加等により、前期比5.7％減益、1口当たり分配金は5,958円となった。期末のポートフォリオは12棟、資産規模（取得額計）は1,577億円、有利子負債比率は38.7％。第18期（平成27年6月期）は、水光熱費が減少する一方、修繕費の増加等により、前期比1.8％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は5,850円となる見通し。続く第19期（平成27年12月期）1口当たり分配金は5,900円となる見通し。
