MIDリート投資法人が第15期（平成25年12月期）決算を発表した。第15期はドーミーイン博多祇園を取得。前期の物件売却損がなくなったことから、当期純利益は1,175百万円、1口当たり分配金は6,404円となった。第16期（平成26年6月期）は、賃貸収入の減少、修繕費の増加等を見込み、前期比3.6%減益、1口当たり分配金は6,170円となる見通し。続く第17期（平成26年12月期）は水光熱費の増加等を見込み、前期予想比4.4%減益、1口当たり分配金は5,900円となる見通し。
