MIDリート投資法人（MID）が8月16日に公表した第15期（平成25年12月期）業績予想を修正した。MIDが匿名組合出資持分を保有していたSPCの投資対象である桜通MIDビルが、20日、外部へ売却された。これによるSPCの精算に伴い、匿名組合出資持分が償還されるが、約116百万円の損失が発生するため、業績予想を修正する。前回予想比4%減益、1口当たり分配金は6,051円となる見通し。
