MIDリート投資法人が第14期（平成25年6月期）決算を発表した。第14期は、肥後橋MIDビルの取得、パナソニック大阪京橋ビルの売却を行った。これに伴う物件売却損1,296百万円計上により、前期比92%減益、1口当たり分配金は567円となった。第15期（平成25年12月期）は前期の物件売却損がなくなることから当期純利益1,157百万円、1口当たり分配金は6,300円となる見通し。続く第16期（平成26年6月期）は、賃料減額及びテナント退去により前期予想比4.1%減益、1口当たり分配金は6,044円となる見通し。
