MIDリート投資法人が第13期（平成24年12月期）決算を発表した。第13期はMID芝金杉橋ビルを売却。物件売却益77百万円が発生するも、ツイン21のテナントであるパナソニックとの契約改定に伴う期間限定の賃料減額及び水光熱費の増加等により前期比8%減益、1口当たり分配金は7,210円となった。第14期（平成25年6月期）は引き続きツイン21の減収を見込む一方、水光熱費及び修繕費の減少を見込み、1口当たり分配金は7,210円と前期と同額となる見通し。続く第15期（平成25年12月期）は、ツイン21の期間限定の減額が4月に終了する一方、パナソニック大阪京橋ビルの退去に伴う減収を見込み18%減益、1口当たり分配金は5,868円となる見通し。
