MIDリート投資法人が保有物件を売却する。売却する物件は、港区芝にある平成7年竣工9階建のオフィスビル。平成24年3月にテナント退去後全館空室となっているため売却する。売却額と簿価の差額は128百万円となり、売却益77百万円が発生する見込み。これに伴い第13期（平成24年12月期）1口当たり予想分配金を修正。売却益計上により従来予想比5.1%増の7,797円となる見通し。
