MIDリート投資法人が第12期（平成24年6月期）決算を発表した。第12期における物件取得はなし。テナント退去により前期比1%減収となるも、融資関連コストの減少により前期比1.6%増益、1口当たり分配金は7,840円となった。第13期（平成24年12月期）は、水道光熱費や修繕費の増加等により5.4%減益、1口当たり分配金は7,418円となる見通し。続く第14期（平成25年6月期）はテナント退去及び賃料減額を見込み、1口当たり分配金は7,122円となる見通し。
