MIDリート投資法人が第10期（平成23年6月期）決算を発表した。第10期における物件取得はなし。賃貸事業収入が減少し前期比2%減収となるも、支払利息の減少等により1%増益、1口当たり分配金は7,605円となった。第11期（平成23年12月期）は、水道光熱費及び修繕費の増加等により前期比4%減益、1口当たり分配金は7,293円となる見通し。続く第12期（平成24年6月期）1口当たり分配金は7,427円となる見通し。
