MIDリート投資法人が第9期（平成22年12月期）決算を発表した。第9期は物件の取得はなし。ツイン21の賃料減額の通期影響や水光熱費用の増加等により、前期比9%減益、1口当たり分配金は7,532円となった。第10期（平成23年6月期）は、稼働率は回復を見込むも、賃貸収入は減少となり、前期比3.8%減益、1口当たり分配金は7,243円となる見通し。続く第11期（平成23年12月期）1口当たり分配金は7,214円となる見通し。
