MIDリート投資法人が第8期（平成22年6月期）決算を発表した。第8期は物件取得はなし。稼働率の低下及びツイン21の賃料減額、融資手数料の増加等により、前期比13%減益、1口当たり分配金は8,269円となった。第9期（平成22年12月期）は、ツイン21の賃貸収入の減少、水光熱費及び修繕費の増加等により14%減益、1口当たり分配金は7,056円となる見通し。続く第9期（平成23年6月期）1口当たり分配金は7,197円となる見通し。
