MIDリート投資法人が第7期（平成21年12月期）決算を発表した。第7期は物件の取得はなし。融資関連費用の増加等により前期比16%減益、1口当たり分配金は9,524円となった。第8期（平成22年6月期）は2%減収を見込む一方、融資関連費用の増加により8.5%減益、1口当たり分配金は8,716円となる見通し。続く第9期（平成22年12月期）は増収増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は9,023円と改善する見通し。
