MIDリート投資法人が第6期(平成21年6月期)決算を発表した。第6期は、物件の取得はなし。修繕費や支払利息の増加により前期比6.6%減益、1口当たり分配金は11,309円となった。第7期(平成21年12月期)は、水道光熱費や融資関連費用の増加により23%減益、1口当たり分配金は8,665円となる見通し。続く第8期(平成22年6月期)1口当たり分配金は8,524円となる見通し。
