MIDリート投資法人が第5期（平成20年12月期）決算を発表した。第5期はオフィスビル1棟を取得し賃貸収益が増加する一方、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期比33%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,113円となった。第6期（平成21年6月期）は、賃貸費用の増加及び支払利息の増加等により10%減益、1口当たり分配金は10,870円となる見通し。続く第7期（平成21年12月期）1口当たり分配金は9,715円となる見通し。
