MIDリート投資法人が第4期（平成20年6月期）決算を発表した。第4期は、1棟取得及び1棟売却を行った。物件売却益13.2億円が寄与し前期比40%増益、1口当たり分配金は18,217円となった。第5期（平成20年12月期）は、上記物件売却益がなくなるため、前期比39%減益となる、また3月25日に発表した第5期業績予想に対して、営業収益が減少、支払利息が増加する見込み。これにより従来予想比10%減益、1口当たり分配金は11,128円となる見通し。続く第6期（平成21年6月期）1口当たり分配金は11,023円となる見通し。
