MIDリート投資法人（MID）が、開発型SPCへ匿名組合出資を行う。出資先は、名古屋・丸の内地区にオフィスビル（平成21年2月竣工予定）を開発するために設立された合同会社。オリジネーターであるMID都市開発が開発を受託する。MIDの出資持分割合は10%で、竣工までに4回に分けて上限211百万円（総事業費の約3%）を出資する予定。これにより、MIDは竣工後6ヶ月間の優先買取交渉権を取得する。
