MIDリート投資法人が第2期（平成19年6月期）決算を発表した。第2期は、2棟を取得。当期純利益2,666百万円、1口当たり分配金は14,523円となった。第3期（平成19年12月期）は、このまま推移すれば1%増収となる一方、平成18年に取得した物件の固都税費用計上が当期より行なわれるため、前期比16%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,143円となる見通し。
