MIDリート投資法人(MID)が、保有する松下IMPビルのテナントである松下電器産業(株)が解約することを発表した。解約日は平成19年8月31日。解約面積は、MIDのポートフォリオの1.6%を占める。松下電器産業は、MIDのポートフォリオの全賃貸面積の17.8%を占めるが、他の物件の解約予定はない。
