MIDリート投資法人が、格付投資情報センター(R&I)より発行体格付けを22日に取得した。格付けはA、アウトルックは安定的。R&I社によれば、ポートフォリオの中核を成す大阪ビジネスパークへの集中を懸念するも、物件の質の高さや立地の優位性から、将来的な競争力は維持できると見る。またテナント上位2社への集中も、テナント信用力の高さを評価し、さらに今後物件を取得していくなかで分散していくと見ている。
